c. peeled, fresh pineapple, cut into ½" cubes
c. canned cream of coconut, well stirred
c. Malibu (coconut) rum
Blend all Ingredients until smooth, then force through a fine sieve into a large glass bowl. Pour into molds; add sticks and freeze 24 hours. Yield 8 regular-size popsicles. Note: Can be made in small (1-ounce-size) plastic containers for a fun party idea.
