Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crust ingredients and pat into 9 inch pie pan.

Combine filing ingredients; beat well. Pour into base.

Mix topping ingredients except nuts; spread on top of filling. Sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
