Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or margerine
- 2 cups diagonally sliced celery
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 medium apple, cut in chunks
- 1 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper

About 35 minutes before serving:
In covered, medium skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook celery and onion 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Add apple and cook, covered, 5 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until bubbling hot. Makes 6 servings.
