Ingredients
- Creamy tomatoes Dill Soup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can whole tomatoes ( or crushed tomatoes)
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 \4 cup fresh dill

Preparation
Step 1
• In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat sauté 4 to 5 min. Add garlic sauté 1 minutes • Add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cream and dill bring to a simmer for 1 minute. If using whole tomatoes blend with hand emulsifier
