Julienne Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • Produce
  • 2 lbs Carrots
  • 2 tbsp chopped Green Onion
  • Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish, prepared
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs or panko, fresh
  • Dairy
  • 3/4 C Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots in boiling water 5 minutes or until nearly tender. Reserve 3 TBS liquid and drain.

Combine all other ingredients EXCEPT CRUMBS. Mix well and toss with carrots. Spoon into greased casserole dish and top with crumbs.

Bake 350 20-30 minutes
