Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/44 cup boiling water
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in 8" x 11" pyrex dish. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix well, press into dish. Mix jello with 3/4 cup boiling water. Chill. Mix cream cheese with granulated sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Beat whipping cream to form soft peaks. Add jello to cream cheese mixture and mix until creamy. Fold in whipped cream. Mix well. Pour into glass dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Chill at least 4 hours.
