Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb (8oz) velveeta, cubed
- 1 pkg refrigerated pizza crust
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in a large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add velveeta; cook for 5 mins or until melted, stirring frequently. Cool for 10 mins. 2. Unroll dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8" rectangle; top with meat mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side. Rearrange if necessary so roll is seam-side down. 3. Bake 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
