Ingredients
- 1/2 c whole almonds, finely chopped
- 1/2 c dijon mustard
- 2 boneless chicken brest
- 1/2 lb asparagus - ends trimmed
- 1 lg sweet potato
Preparation
Step 1
preheat over 450
place chicken on almonds till coated
place coated chicken on cookie sheet
lay asparagus next to chick
slice sweet potato into thin circles lay next to asparagus
lightly srpay all with olive oli and springle s/p
bake for 10-13 mintues until done
