Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 12 slices wafer thin ham
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 10 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 container fresh mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap chicken in ham and wrap bacon around bundle. Place milk in bottom of a 12” Dutch oven and pour rice over milk. Arrange chicken on top of rice, put carrots around the edge and the mushrooms surrounding the carrots and chicken. Spread mushroom soup over top of entire arrangement. Cover and cook for 50 to 60 minutes with 6 to 8 briquettes on the bottom and 14 to 16 briquettes on the top.
