Mahogany Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 15-20 Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. Ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each wing at joints to make 3 pieces (discarding tip) Place chicken in shallow bowl. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line pan with foil and place chicken wings in a single layer in pan and brush with marinade.
Bake 30 minutes; turn and bake aprox. 20 minutes longer occasionally brushing with marinade.
