Great Curry

Ingredients

  • 7 Tomatoes
  • Half head Garlic
  • 1 large Onion
  • Piece of Ginger
  • 3 Hot peppers
  • 1 third jar Tikka Sauce
  • Tomato puree
  • Tablespoon hot curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Puree in a food processor, then fry off in ghee Add. 3/4 tin of coconut cream and stir, bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer and add grilled tikka chicken. Reduce to a nice sauce, add peas and cooked mushrooms. Etc if you like. Serve with roti, naan bread and or rice.
