Chicken Tortilla Soup – Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can chicken
  • tortilla chips, crunched
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Stir the enchilada sauce, soup, milk and chicken in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Place a few tortilla chips in each serving bowl. Ladle the hot soup over the chips, sprinkle with cheese, and serve immediately.
