Ingredients
- 20 small jalapeno peppers
- 20 fresh tiger shrimp
- Cream cheese
- 10 slices bacon, cut in half (don't use thick-sliced bacon)
- BBQ sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems&seeds from peppers carefully to avoid breaking pepper. Pipe cream cheese into jalapeno peppers. Cut shrimp lengthwise to fan them open. Wrap a shrimp around each pepper, then wrap each with a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Grill over coals until browned&shrimp is cooked through. Serve with BBQ sauce for dipping.
