- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 boiling water
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 4 1/2 cups cold water
- Garnish: with lemon slices

Step 1
Combime sugar and boiling water stir until dessolved.
Add lemon rind, juice and cold water, stir well.
chill over ice and garnish
Can substitute frish lime rind and juice for lemon if desired
