Ingredients
- 1 Graham Cracker,
- crushed
- 1 Small Pkg Lemon
- Sugar Free Jello
- 2/3 C Boiling Water
- 1 C Lowfat Cottage Cheese
- 8 OZ Light Cream Cheese
- 2 C Cool Whip
- 1 C Sugar Free Cherry
- Pie Filling
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 9 inch pie plate with
cooking spray. Sprinkle with
1/2 of the graham cracker crumbs;
set aside.
Dissolve jello in boiling water in
small bowl, stirring 2 minutes.
Pour into blender container.
Add cottage & cream cheese and
blend until smooth scraping
down sides occasionally.
Pour into large bowl. Gently stir
in cool whip. Spread in prepared
pie plate. Sprinkle remaining
crumbs around outside edge,
leaving center plain.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Just before serving, gently spread
cherry pie filling onto center
of cheesecake. Makes 8 servings.
