Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c sugar (2 T sugar)
- 2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix shortening, 1 1/2 c sugar, and eggs thouroughly. Blend in flour, soda, salt, and cream of tarter. Shape into balls. Roll in mixture of 2 T sugar and cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
