Hoiday Squares Florentine

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 can mushroom souop
  • 2 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup parm. cheese
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) crescent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except cresecent rolls

Unroll rolls, but do not separate

Press into bottom of 9x13 buttered pan. Press seams together. Spread spinach over dough

Bake at 350 for 40 min. - cut into 1" pieces
