SWISS DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Ritz crackers crushed
  • Additional crackers or mini slices of French bread

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese then add mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and green onion. Transfer to baking dish and top with crumbled bacon and crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until hot. Serve with crackers or French bread.
