Orange Flavored Bourbon Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
• 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
• 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
• 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
• 2 teaspoons orange zest shopping list
• 1/3 cup orange juice shopping list
• 1 tablespoon balsamic wine vinegar shopping list
• 1/3 cup bourbon whiskey shopping list
• 1/2 cup molasses shopping list
• 1/2 cup catsup shopping list
• 1 tablespoon steak sauce shopping list
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
• 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
• 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
• 1/8 teaspoon cloves shopping list

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except chicken and stir until well combined.

Marinate chicken 4 hours then remove from marinade and grill using indirect heat method.
