Stuffed Grilled Peppers

Ingredients
- 3 large or 6 small peppers
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped green peppers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 small whole tomatoes peeled and cut up
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Remove tops and sed from peppers. Cook whole peppers in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes: invert to drain.
Brown onion, chopped pepper and ground turkey in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients(reserve 3 tsp tomato sauce and cheese)
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stuff peppers with mixture: place 1 tsp tomato sauce on top of each pepper.
Place peppers on cooking grate. Grill 10 to 20 minutes.
Top with grated cheese and heat until cheese melts, about 5 min longer.
