Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup cubed potato
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/1 cup onion
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper

  • 1 ppound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t hot pepper sauce
  • ~~~
  • 16 ounces cheese whiz

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first ingredients in Slow Cooker.
In a Bowl combine the beef ingre
dients
Mix & form meat balls -3/4 "
Place into slow cooker and stir gently.
COOK LOW 8-10 HOURS
Pour cheese into pot and stir gently to melt and mix flavors


FREEZING:
Cool completely.
Pour into freezer bag.
THAW, then heat and add a little beef broth if needed to thin sauce.
