Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Chopped Pecans, Brown Sugar, and Flour.
Beat eggs until fluffy, then stir in melted butter and Vanilla. Mix together. Pour into foil baking cups sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350º. Remove from pan immediately and cool. Makes 12 large or 24 small muffins. Delicious hot or cold.
