German Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut, shredded
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cook milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla until thickened. Add coconut and pecans.
