Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups peeled and finely-chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely-chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely-chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely-chopped green bell pepper
- small amount of finely-minced hot pepper
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Morton's Nature's Seasoning blend
- 1 Tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon chili seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine tomatoes, onion, celery, and green and hot peppers. In a small bowl mix vinegar, seasoning blend, sugar, chili and pepper. Pour liquid mixture over vegetables. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for
several hours or overnight.
