SALMON LINGUINE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of fresh linguini
  • 1/8 cup of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 piece of salmon (4 to 6 persons)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of capers

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sauté onion in warm oil. Add parsley and cook slowing stirring. Add tomatoes and capers and cook for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Place the salmon with the skin on top of the casserole and cook for another 10 minutes. 3. Cook the pasta accordingly and pour the sauce over adding a little bit of lemon juice. 4. NB : The salmon is ready when the skin is easy to take off.
