French Egg Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Favorite burger bun
  • For garnish: fresh parsley & mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the eggs for 15 minutes, smash them with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients (till it becomes a paste-alike)

Heat your burger bun in the oven for 5 minutes till it's warm.

Spread the egg paste on the bun, and add the fresh mint leaves.
