- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup non fat dry milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
