- 2 cups of nuts
- 10 dates
- 12 eggs
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c grated carrots
- 1 cup grated apple
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of cloves

Step 1
blend nuts and dates in food processer
whisk eggs milk and vanilla
in a large pot heat oil sautee apples and carrots for 2 minutes
add raiains and spices.
stir in nuts (1 minute) add eggs and stir.
