Ingredients
- 1 small box lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 large package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 pint heavy (whipping cream)
- 1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water
Blend cream cheese well with jello and water
Add sugar and vanilla to jello, cream cheese mixture. Let jell to consistensy of egg white and then blend 1/2 pt whipped whipping cream
Pour mixture into Graham cracker crust and chill overnight.
