Change it up this week with Indian Tacos & Indian Fry Bread. Super simple to make with plenty of leftovers for lunches.

Ingredients
- TACOS:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash Tabasco sauce
- Pinto beans, cooked & seasoned
- Cheese, grated
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, chopped
- FRY BREAD:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- Oil for frying

Step 1
Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper ant Tabasco sauce in skillet; brown. Cover and let simmer while making fry bread
FRY BREAD:
Mix all ingredients and let stand for 30 to 60 minutes. Form into balls the size of a golf ball and roll out like a tortilla. Slit center with a knife and fry in hot oil.
In the center of each tortilla, layer the pinto beans, meat mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Add salsa & sour cream if you like.
