RED AND GREEN SALAD
A chunky vegetable salad with a colorful zesty dressing. Serve with Baby Pizzas or Macaroni Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/2 cup pickled onions, halves (or quartered)
- water to cover
- 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup french dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Cook peas and onions in water in medium saucepan on medium for 2 to 3 minutes until peas are heated through. Drain. Transfer to medium bowl. Cool.
Add tomato and mushrooms. Stir
Drizzle dressing over salad.
