Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 2 pkg. Taco seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
- 3 c. salsa
- 16 oz. sour cream with 1 T. chili powder mixed in
- 2 c. Monterey jack cheese
- 3 c. cheddar cheese
- 4 T. green onion
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 13 x 9 with Pam. Layer 6 tortillas on the bottom and up the sides. Add 1/2 meat mixture, 1 c. salsa, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 c. of each cheese, 2 T. green onion. Layer again same as above. Add one more layer of tortillas and mix final cup of salsa and cheddar cheese together and pit on top. Bake for 4o min. at 350 deg.
