Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cauliflower, broken into small peices

  • 2

    Tbs butter

  • 1

    cup whole milk

  • 2

    Tbs heavy cream

  • salt and white pepper to taste

  • Optional: Truffle oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, (all to taste)

Directions

Cook cauliflower in large skillet with butter over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil. Cook until califlower is tender. Add heavy cream. Transfer to hot mixture to blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. (If using truffle oil, lemon juice, or garlic, add to taste.)
