Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloin Roast
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
Preparation
Step 1
1. preheat Cuisinart Multicooker to Brown/Saute at 400F.
2. Once preheated, add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and brown roast on all sides.
3. Peel and dice apple, mix with maple syrup and chicken broth.
4. Pour over and coat roast.
5. Switch from Brown/Saute to Slow Cook,
High and set timer for 4 hours
(Tenderloin will become tough if slow cooked)
