Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds peaches
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 stick butter, cut into pieces
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- ● Preheat oven to 350.
- ● Place the peaches in a baking dish.
- ● In a bowl, combine the sugar and flour and sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.
- ● In another bowl, mix the vanilla and water and drizzle over all, dotting the top with the butter pieces.
- ● Place the crust on top of the peaches. It does not have to come to the edges of the baking dish...in fact, it's better if it doesn't.
- ● Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
