    Tilapia fillets

  • 1

    T paprika

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1

    tsp cayenne pepper

  • ¾ tsp white pepper

  • ¾ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp thyme

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ c butter, melted

  • Lemon wedges

Directions

Preheat large heavy skillet until very hot. Mix dry ingredients in bowl and set aside. Dip fillets in butter and then dry mixture. Place in hot skillet and cook 2 minutes per side until fillets are blackened. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4 369 calories; fiber .68g, fat 25 g
