Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 6 cups farfel
- 1 cup water
- ½ can chicken broth (if outside turkey)
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add celery and onion and sauté until tender.
add seasonings, water, and broth and cook 5 minutes. Add farfel and mix until moist off of heat
beat eggs and add a small amount of farfel to eggs, then add eggs to rest of stuffing mix
bake 30-45 minutes @ 350° in a loaf pan
