Peanut Butter Sauce

I didn't have any sherry and it still came out great.

Ingredients

  • Original recipe makes 2 cups Change Servings
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Transfer to a serving bowl and spoon over seafood/chicken of your choosing.
