Ingredients
- 6 6 6 C. frozen hash browns
- 2 2 2 C. ham, diced
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. monterey jack cheese
- 8 8 8 eggs
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 2 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in a 9 by 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onion. Beat eggs, milk, pepper and salt. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered at 350 ̊F for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes clean.
