Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg cream cheese (16 oz/250 g)
- 2 cans 6 oz shrimp (rinsed)
- 1/2 c up finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
Preparation
Step 1
Bring soup to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp, celery, green onion, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and dill. Heat thoroughly.
Serve with bread or crackers or put in bread bowl.
Is also good cold.
