Ingredients
- Flat bread or indian naan
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c Archer farms mango curry grilling sauce
- Red, orange and yellow pepper
- Sweet onion
Preparation
Step 1
Coat the flat bread or indian nann with olive oil and Tbsp of mango curry.
Sprinkle with diced peppers and onion and coat with remaining mango curry sauce.
Heat grill to medium. Cook over indirect heat for 5 minutes, until the toppings are heated through.
