Rum Sauce for Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 *1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 * 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 * 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 * 1 tablespoon dark rum

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the confectioners' sugar, cream and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir in rum.
