Ingredients

  • 7 oz new potatoes
  • 3 oz smoked bacon
  • Salt
  • 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into a 3/4" dice.
2. Pour in the oil and heat it for 2 minutes; add the potatoes and cook them for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
3. Add the diced bacon and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and paprika.
