Turkey, Broccoli and Pasta Gratin

Ingredients

  • 170 g / 6 oz dried pasta shapes
  • 225 g / 8 oz broccoli florets
  • 2 sticks celery, thinly sliced
  • 340 g / 12 oz cooked turkey breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 511 ml / 18 fluid oz passata with herbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1-2 tsp dried mixed herbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to instructions. Drain well and set aside.

Bring another pan of water to the boil, add broccoli, celery and a pinch of salt for 5 minutes. Drain well, rinse and set aside.

Preheat grill to medium high. Place turkey in a saucepan, add remaining ingredients, simmer 5 minutes. Season to taste.

Pour into baking dish and grill until sauce is bubbling. Serve hot.
