Fortune Cookies

Nutrition Facts: 1 cookie equals 62 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 40 mg sodium, 7 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein.

Ingredients

• 8 Egg Whites
• 2 C. Sugar
• 1 C. Butter, melted
• 1 C. Flour
• 1 t. Vanilla
• 1/2 t. Salt
• 4 T. Water

Preparation

Step 1

Blend egg whites with sugar and butter. Add rest of ingredients until smooth. Spoon 3" circles on greasted sheet.

BAKE 375° for 8 minutes.

Remove onto waxed paper. Place fortune in center & fold cookie in 1/2, then bend gently in center. (if difficult to bend, put in oven for a minute)
