Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Halve hard-cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Garish with paprika or parsley, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
