Banana Pineapple Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
  • 14 oz can crushed pineapple drained
  • 3 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl beat together eggs,sugar,oil and vanilla
Stir in bananas and pineapple
In another bowl,stir together fglour cinnamon,salt and baking soda
Stir into banana mixture in three additions
Stir until well combined
Pour into a greased 10" bundt pan
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 45 min or until tester inserted in center comes out lean
Cool on rack 10 min
Remove from pan and cool completely
