Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Jello
Preparation
Step 1
Make and bake a bottom pie crust; when cool fill;
Combine the above ingredients and cook, stirring, until thickens. It will thicken more as it cools. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Cool. Place fresh whole or sliced strawberries in cooled, baked pie shell pour the filling ver berries and serve with whipped cream on top
