Seafood Salad

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 lb crabmeat, cooked, chopped
  • 1/4 lb lobster, cooked, chopped
  • 1 lb celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
  • dash of worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • celery salt to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • dry mustard to taste



Step 1

In a large bowl combine all the above ingredients. Place a scoop of the mix on a bed of lettuce leaves and top with a scant 1/2 tsp. black caviar. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, lemon slices and a couple of whole ripe olives.
