Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled, chopped
- 1/4 lb crabmeat, cooked, chopped
- 1/4 lb lobster, cooked, chopped
- 1 lb celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, seeded, chopped
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- white pepper to taste
- celery salt to taste
- paprika to taste
- dry mustard to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all the above ingredients. Place a scoop of the mix on a bed of lettuce leaves and top with a scant 1/2 tsp. black caviar. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, lemon slices and a couple of whole ripe olives.
