Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

• Sugar Cookie dough
• Frosting: (Mix together)
• 2 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 C. Powdered Sugar
• 1 t. Vanilla
• Fruit: Pineapple, Strawberries, Mandarin Oranges, Bananas, Grapes, Kiwi, etc.
• Sealing Glaze: (heat on stove until thickened)
• 1/2 C. Orange Juice
• 1/2 C. Water
• 4 t. Cornstarch
• 4 T. Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cool glaze before brushing on fruit. Chill for 1 hour
